Whether you’re a pro at the Curly Girl Method or just getting started with your Curly Girl Journey, you’ll find using Curl Up’s line greatly rewarding! To make every strand bounce with joy, we recommend a three-step methodology to ensure that your curls get the nourishment they need while looking their best.
1. Cleanse with Curl Moisturizing Shampoo: Lively curls start with a good cleanse. Our Curl Moisturizing Shampoo has natural ingredients like Chia Seed extract, Argan oil, a range of rich antioxidants and Vitamin E. Our moisturizing shampoo is coconut-based, and therefore, helps mildly cleanse your scalp and curls without stripping away natural oils.
How to cleanse: Thoroughly wet your hair and scalp and gently massage the shampoo for a few minutes. Once done, rinse thoroughly. The result is well-moisturized and soft curls!
2. Condition with Curl Hydrating Conditioner: The next step after shampooing is conditioning. Our Curl Hydrating Conditioner is infused with Argan oil, Flax Seed extract, and Chia Seed extracts to offer ultra-lush nourishment for your curls. Moreover, our conditioner offers great slip which makes it easier to detangle your curls.
How to condition: Once done shampooing, apply a generous amount of conditioner all over your curls. If your hair is very frizzy, use more of our Curl Hydrating Conditioner. After applying, leave it on for 3 - 5 minutes, and rinse thoroughly to get hydrated and breakage-free curls.
3. Style with Curl Defining Cream: The last step in attaining gorgeous curls is styling with our leave-in Curl Defining Cream. Packed with nourishing natural ingredients such as Shea butter, Argan oil, Flax Seed extract, and Vitamins A, C, and E, this targeted combo helps reduce frizz and adds more shine and sheen to your curls.
How to style: After conditioning with our Curl Hydrating Conditioner, apply the Curl Defining Cream uniformly on all segments of wet hair. Feel free to experiment a few times to determine the right amount needed for your hair length and texture. Once done, scrunch wet curls upwards with bare hands. Repeat this across segments to encourage well-defined curl patterns. You can either air-dry or diffuse your curls. Once completely dry, gently scrunch your hair to break the cast and get-set to flaunt soft, bouncy curls!
We have been very particular and meticulous in choosing the right ingredients for your tresses. Our products are cruelty-free and infused with Shea butter, Argan oil, Flax Seed, and Chia Seed extracts to breathe life into your curls. More importantly, they are free from Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), Alkyl Parabens, non-soluble Silicones, and other moisture-stripping constituents as they cause pretty serious damage, to not just your curls but your body too.
